Our maximum occupancy is 100 guests.

what is required to secure my date?

To reserve a date on our calendar for an event, we require a signed contract and 50% deposit.

Can we serve alcohol?

Yes! We are a bring your own beer facility. However, no liquor is to be served without a licensed bartender. All alcohol must remain in the space and can not be taken outside of the building.

What is your cancellation policy?

For deposit refund we allow cancellations up to 60 days before event. We will provide a 50% refund up to 30 days before event. Deposit is non refundable within 30 days of the scheduled event.
